Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Northcoders (AIM:CODE), the independent provider of training programmes for software coding, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been posted to shareholders and published on the Company's website at: www.northcodersgroup.com.
The AGM will be held at Manchester Technology Centre, 103 Oxford Road, Manchester M1 7ED on Friday 24 June 2022 at 11:30 a.m. Any shareholder who wishes to attend the AGM in person is asked to register their intention to do so by contacting [email protected].
Shareholders are invited to submit any questions that they have on the business of the AGM by email to [email protected].
Voting
Whether or not you intend to be present at the meeting, you are requested to complete and return the Form of Proxy, available on the Company's website, in accordance with the instructions printed thereon as soon as possible and in any event so that it is received by the Company's Registrars, Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, B62 8HD not later than 11:30 a.m. on 22 June 2022. Alternatively, you may register the appointment of your proxy electronically.
