Northcoders (AIM:CODE), a market leader in technology training in the UK, announces that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
Resolutions 1 to 9 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolutions 10 and 11 were passed as Special Resolutions.
Proxy Votes and Votes cast in person at the meeting received in relation to each resolution were as follows:
