Grant of Options
14 June 2023
Northcoders (AIM:CODE), an independent provider of training programmes for software
coding, announces that it has today granted options over, in aggregated 150,000 Ordinary
shares of a penny each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) under the
Company's EMI Share option plan, at an exercise price of 248 pence. This grant of
options represents 2.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
The following Director and PDMR of the Company have been granted options under the
Company's EMI Share Option plan:
